AlaskaCruises.com, HawaiiCruiseOutlet.com, EuropeCruises.com and RegentCruises.com. We are a top producer with all the major cruise lines including Carnival, Celebrity, Cunard, Disney, Holland America, Princess, and Royal Caribbean; and our
travel consultants are trained in all cruise destinations including Alaska, the Bahamas, Bermuda, the Caribbean, Hawaii, Europe and the Panama Canal.

Job Opening and Description
WMPH Vacations has immediate
openings in our corporate office for dynamic, full-time Leisure Travel Consultants
and Customer Service Representatives who love making people happy. Qualified applicants must be hard-working, dedicated, self-motivated and willing to work flexible hours.
Position Responsibilities

Make People Happy

Provide prompt, friendly and
courteous response to the high volume of phone calls and email leads from potential
cruise and vacation prospects

Develop good rapport and
recommend a wide range of cruise and travel products to our customers.

Have the initiative to begin and
the dedication to complete self-study training programs that will help you
make more people happy and make you more money.

Follow up with all customers
at the end of their trips to welcome them home and encourage referrals for
future business.

Promote your services and
develop a client base within your community.

Work as part of a team and
support the ones around you.
Applicant Skills and Qualifications
Prior experience in a goal driven sales role is desired.
Experience in leisure travel, travel school or program, or cruise / resort vacation knowledge a plus!
Hard-working, dedicated, self-motivated and be willing to work flexible hours.
Detailed, organized, friendly, professionals with excellent communication, typing and computer skills; proficiency in MS Office and internet searching.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.
