Costa Cruises Cancellation and Refund Policy
The following policies shall apply to any and all Costa Cruise cancellations.
You must submit your cancellation in writing to your travel agent and we will
then notify the cruise line. Depending upon when the cruise is canceled, a cancellation charge may apply.
We highly recommend Travel Insurance to protect yourself from penalties assessed
for canceling due to medical reasons for yourself or family members.

indicated above. A $100 penalty will apply for air cancellations made
between 75 and 35 days prior to sailing.
Change Fees
A $50 USD service fee per passenger, per change will be assessed for each
change to the cruise once the tickets have been
issued. However, no change will be made unless permitted by Costa's cancellation policy.
Above charges do not include cancellation fees which may be applied by air
carriers, hotels and/or other land service suppliers, and will be assessed in
accordance with such suppliers' policies.
Cancellation and administrative charges apply to both individual and group
guests. Absolutely NO Exceptions will be made on cancellation charges. We highly recommend the purchase of Travel
Protection Insurance.
Updated May 2005. Cancellation Policies are subject to change by the
cruise line.
