• Advanced Fresh Air Purification: Ship HVAC systems continuously bring in 100% fresh, external air to cabins and public venues. Environmental controls utilize a combination of bipolar ionization, UV-C light purification, and ACT CleanCoat surface treatments for continuous microbial protection.
• Onboard Expedition Medical Staff: Every vessel carries a licensed physician or medical officer experienced in remote medicine. Onboard infirmaries are equipped to handle acute medical needs and coordinate emergency evacuations if necessary.
• Pre-Departure Health Forms: Guests must submit detailed medical history questionnaires prior to embarkation. For physically demanding or remote polar itineraries, medical clearances ensure passengers are cleared for backcountry exploration, Zodiac operations, and kayaking.
