Cancellation Updates:
Recent updates have been made to cancellation schedules and refund guidelines for various cruise lines. Contact your Sales Agent or our Customer Service department online, via email, or by phone at 1-800-543-1915 and ask about potential opportunities for flexible cancellation policies, rebooking opportunities and other options.
Quark Expeditions' Book with Confidence Policy
NEW [Temporary] Policy: Easily change any reservation made by January 31, 2021 for any voyage that departs prior to March 2022 (Arctic 2021 and Antarctica 2021/22 seasons) up to 30 days prior to your departure for any reason.
Sailing Window: Sailings through March 2021
Product Eligibility: New & existing reservations made by January 31, 2021
All requests for cancellation must be received in writing. Cancellations received 180 days or more prior to departure, are refunded less an administrative fee of minimum US$1000. If cancellation is received between 179 days and 120 days, the deposit is forfeited. If cancellation occurs less than 120 days prior to departure, all payments are forfeited. If full payment has not yet been received, the full penalty will still apply and any unpaid balance is due immediately. To protect the traveler's investment, we recommend that you obtain adequate trip cancellation insurance.
