Princess Cruises Cancellation and Refund Policy

The following policies shall apply to any and all Princess cruise or cruisetour cancellations. Cancellations must be made by your travel agent. Depending upon when the cruise is canceled, a cancellation charge may apply. We highly recommend Travel Insurance to protect yourself from penalties assessed for canceling due to medical reasons for yourself or family members.

Any refunds owed to passengers will be made directly your credit card account or to your travel agent and you must receive your refund from these sources. If you have purchased airfare through Princess FlightChoice air travel program, all refunds of total charges will be held until the air tickets are returned to Princess.

There will be absolutely no refund of cancellation or interruption fees by Princess under any circumstances.

Change Fees

A $50 USD service fee per passenger, per change will be assessed for each change to the cruise, cruisetour or air tickets once the tickets have been issued. However, no change will be made unless permitted by Princess cancellation policy. The service fee will not be assessed when upgrading stateroom accommodations. Air tickets may not be changed at all within 30 days of departure.

We highly recommend the purchase of Travel Protection Insurance.
