Seadream Yacht Club Cancellation and Refund Policy

The following policies shall apply to any and all Seadream Yacht Club cruise cancellations. Cancellations must be made by your travel agent. Depending upon when the cruise is canceled, a cancellation charge may apply. We highly recommend Travel Insurance to protect yourself from penalties assessed for canceling due to medical reasons for yourself or family members.

94 days - 50 days prior to departure	25% of Total Fare
49 days - 35 days prior to departure	50% of Total Fare
34 days prior to departure to day of sailing	100% of Total Fare (No Refund)
No Appearance	100% of Total Fare (No Refund)

Changes to the vacation commencement date or changes of the guest names within 95 days of vacation departure will be considered cancellation and subject to the cancellation penalties and charges above.

No refunds will be made in the event of interruption or cancellation by the Guest after vacation commencement date. All appropriate refunds will be made directly to the Guest's credit card or through the Guest's travel agent. All travel documents including airline tickets must be returned before refund processing can begin. Seadream Yacht Club reserves the right to restrict any changes to a reservation. All changes are subject to availability. Please note that changes made to the overall party size may result in a change in the rate.

Service Fees

Any changes or cancellations to your cruise vacation or Seadream Yacht Club air arrangements may be subject to additional fees including but not limited to, service fees for documents. Service fees vary by request. Please consult your CruiseCheap.com Cruise Expert for further details.

Absolutely NO Exceptions will be made on cancellation or change charges. We highly recommend the purchase of Travel Protection Insurance.
