![]() Silverseas Cruise Line Cancellation and Refund PolicyThe following policies shall apply to any and all Silverseas Cruise Line cruise cancellations. Cancellations must be made by your travel agent. Depending upon when the cruise is canceled, a cancellation charge may apply. We highly recommend Travel Insurance to protect yourself from penalties assessed for canceling due to medical reasons for yourself or family members.
No refund or adjustment will be made in the event of interruption or cancellation of the cruise vacation after the commencement of same. Guests changing or canceling Air/Hotel Programs, land programs, hotel programs or pre-booked shore excursions within 65 days of departure will be charged a $200 per guest administrative fee, plus all additional costs incurred by Silversea, up to 100% of the fare paid. Cancellation penalties apply for land programs operated in conjunction with Orient-Express trains 90-days prior to departure. Additional costs include penalties incurred by Silversea from airlines, tour operators or other independent contractors All appropriate refunds will be made directly to the Guest's credit card or through the Guest's travel agent. All travel documents including airline tickets must be returned before refund processing can begin. Silverseas Cruise Line reserves the right to restrict any changes to a reservation. All changes are subject to availability. Silversea’s cancellation penalties are strictly enforced. Absolutely NO
