Home to the nation's most well-preserved battlefield, Shiloh National Military Park, the town has a rich Civil War history. Admire the city's historic district featuring 42 unique homes, including the Cherry Mansion, which served as the headquarters of General Ulysses S. Grant at the time of the Battle of Shiloh. Other points of interest include the Savannah Theater, Savannah Cemetery, and recently revitalized Main Street.
