Carribean Snorkeling and Boat Tour

This Carribean snorkeling tour is conducted inside the reef lagoon, the portion of the sea between the reef crest and the beach. There are sections of sea grass and sand in which several coral heads are scattered around, generally, teeming with coral fish. Your Costa Maya snorkeling excursion will last approximately one hour in the shallow water of the reef lagoon. Since coral reefs are the most diverse and beautiful of all marine habitats, you will be introduced to some of the most spectacular underwater sights in Costa Maya.
After snorkeling, your boat will wait on a buoy before heading back to the dive shop (be advised that you will need to get in the water to board/or go ashore), so you get to stroll along the warm sand of Mahahual Beach.

Please Note: The time spent in the water is subject to change depending on water conditions on the day of the tour. Please anticipate spending about one hour in the water, with each boat ride lasting approximately 10 minutes from the dive center to the snorkel area and back. The boats remain consistently at the same distance from the shore, anchored by fixed buoys that aren't adjustable or movable.
