Ischia and Thermal Baths

After an approximately 1-hour, pleasant boat ride in the stunning Bay of Naples, arrive on the bay's main volcanic island: Ischia. Located at the northern end of the Gulf of Naples, about 30 kilometers (19 miles) from the city of Naples, it is the largest of the Phlegrean Islands.

Once you disembark the boat, you will find your local driver waiting on the pier, ready to welcome you. Board a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle, and begin admiring the natural beauty of this volcanic island known for its Thermal Baths all over the world.

After approximately 20 minutes, your driver will take you to the entrance of Park Negombo, one of the most beautiful thermal parks on the island. You will be given your entry tickets to the park, as well as be notified of the proper arrangements for the return transfer to the port of Ischia in the afternoon.

Once inside the park it's time to enjoy your fantastic experience. Negombo is a natural park of very fine sand with 14 pools, some marine, thermal and therapeutic where you can swim or relax with hydro-massages. There is a thermal area with Turkish bath, outdoor pool and modern healthy treatments.

Admire the panoramic gardens where, depending on seasons, you can find colorful, flowering plants with aromatic smells typical of the Mediterranean and seasonal fruits.

At the designated time, transfer safely to the port of Ischia, use your return boat tickets back to Naples and enjoy the ride as the late afternoon, early evening sunlight casts a glow on the bay. Once back at the port in Naples you have only a short walk along the pier area to return to your ship.
