Begin your discovery of Venice with a pleasant walk that leads to the city's most iconic landmarks. Join the friendly crowds in St. Mark's Square. Encounter the Bridge of Sighs and imagine prisoners being led across the river to their sad fates. Enjoy an interior tour of the majestic Doge's Palace to find great halls adorned with canvases by Veronese and Tintoretto. You'll also have the chance to visit the old prison cells and hear the tale of Casanova's legendary escape. Afterwards, skip the lines and step right inside gilded St. Mark's Basilica. Later in the evening, top it all off with an enchanting gondola ride through the timeless canals.
