Pair your drink with a tantalizing pinxto like gilda, a delightful blend of briny olives, pickled peppers, and anchovies. Discover the methods of making a robust Valencian paella and a few appetizing tapas, like pan tumaca (grilled bread topped with delicious Iberico ham and tomatoes), pan con sardinas (grilled bread topped with flavorful smoked sardines), or coca dacsa with cream cheese.
