Disney Cruise Line offers multiple internet packages for purchase based on your online needs. Use the onboard Wi-Fi anywhere on the ship to chat, post pictures on social media or simply stay connected while at sea.
Note that there is no cost for connecting to the ship's Wi-Fi network when used only for the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app.
Connecting to Wi-Fi Once On Board
It's easy to connect to Wi-Fi while on board. Simply join the DCL-GUEST Wi-Fi network, whether you're at port or sailing at sea. To make sure everything works smoothly, head to your device's Wi-Fi settings and turn off "Private Wi-Fi Address" and "Limit IP Address Tracking." If you use a VPN, please disable it before trying to connect. Then, visit dclwifi.com to get started.

Onboard Connectivity
During your Disney Cruise Line vacation, keep in touch with friends, family and more with convenient services such as:
- Disney Cruise Line Navigator App: Access valuable vacation information and send messages to members in your travel party when you download this complimentary smartphone app.
- Wireless Internet Access*: Stay connected to friends and family with one of the Disney Cruise Line internet packages.
- Cell Phone Services*: Check with your mobile service provider for options.
Once on board, connect to Wi-Fi by using the "DCL-GUEST" network to access information in the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app and purchase an onboard internet package.
*Additional charges may apply, depending on your mobile service carrier or mobile service plan.
Note: Due to the technology involved and satellite connectivity, the onboard internet service may be slower than you may be accustomed to on land and may be interrupted or unavailable at times.

Access the latest cruise updates on your smartphone while on board, including details such as:
- Booked plans
- Daily activities
- Entertainment schedules
- Restaurant menus
- Dining table assignments
- Destination details

Wireless Internet Access
Disney Cruise Line offers 2 purchase options: the Internet Package and the Internet + Streaming Package.
Internet Package
Stay connected on social media, browse the web and access your emails with the most affordable internet plan. With this plan, you can:
- Post text, pictures and video on popular websites and applications like Facebook, Facebook Messenger, X, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn and TikTok.
- Make audio and video phone calls on FaceTime, WhatsApp, Zoom and more.
- View short-form video on social media newsfeeds and platforms like Snapchat and TikTok.
- Surf the web, read the news, check the weather and visit other favorite websites.
- Send and receive emails.
Note: This plan does not support YouTube or long-form video streaming platforms such as Disney+ and Hulu.
Internet + Streaming Package
This plan includes all the features of the Internet Package, plus faster connection speeds and full streaming access. With this plan, you can:
- Stream favorite movies and TV shows from streaming platforms such as Disney+, ESPN+, Hulu and more.
- Access YouTube content
- Listen to audio streaming platforms like Spotify and Apple Music.
Note: While video game streaming is possible, Disney cannot ensure a seamless experience due to the constraints of satellite connectivity at sea.
To add an internet package, open the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app once you're on board the ship. Then navigate to the "Connect to Internet" card, which will open a separate browser for you to view internet plans and purchase internet access.
Cellular at Sea
Disney Cruise Line provides Cellular at Sea, a basic mobile phone service that can be used for placing limited calls, text messaging and light data usage such as checking email. The service is available on all Disney Cruise Line ships and activates in international waters (approximately 6 nautical miles from shore) and remains available until the ship nears land or docks. If you are not receiving service when coverage allows, check to ensure that Airplane Mode is disabled on your mobile device. Once ashore, you can connect to local wireless networks.
For heavier internet use, onboard Wi-Fi packages are available.
AT&T International Day Pass
This service includes coverage on land and at sea, unlimited calls, text messaging and 500MB of daily data without overages. Land charges are capped at 10 days per billing period, while there is no daily charge cap at sea.
Verizon Cruise Daily Pass & Travel Pass
The Verizon Cruise Daily Pass provides unlimited calls to the United States, unlimited text messaging and 500MB of high-speed data per day, after which unlimited 3G data is available. Activation is completed by texting "CRUISE" to 4004. Charges apply only on days the service is used.
The Verizon Travel Pass provides unlimited calls, text messaging and data service at over 210 destinations.
Cellular at Sea Cruise+ with eSIM (service by GigSky)
Get mobile data coverage for your entire cruise, at sea and on land through eSIM technology. Data plans are tailored to popular Disney Cruise Line itineraries and support web browsing, email, text messaging, social media, secure banking, video calling, streaming, maps and more.
