Oceania Cruises has refined its onboard dress code to align with the evolving preferences of today's discerning travelers. This new approach combines relaxed elegance with modern style, ensuring guests feel both comfortable and sophisticated throughout their voyage.
Please note: The updated dress code goes into effect for all voyages departing on or after September 1, 2025.
Daytime Attire: Breezy & Polished
Guests are encouraged to dress in relaxed yet refined clothing during the day. Ideal options include:
- Sundresses
- Tailored shorts
- Polos
- Lightweight slacks
Note: Swimwear is reserved for pool areas only. A cover-up is required when transitioning to dining venues.
Evening Attire: Refined Yet Relaxed
In the evenings, Oceania Cruises embraces an elevated casual style:
- For Ladies: dresses, jumpsuits, elegant separates, fashionable jeans, dressy sandals or sneakers.
- For Gentlemen: collared shirts, knit tops, dressy jeans or pants, loafers or smart sneakers.
Note: Shorts and t-shirts are only permitted in Terrace Cafe and Waves Grill during evening hours.
A Few Friendly Reminders
To maintain the ambiance of casual elegance onboard, please keep the following guidelines in mind:
- Robes and slippers are for in-room use only
- Baseball caps are not permitted in fine dining venues at dinner
- Flip-flops and athletic shoes are not allowed in restaurants or public areas after 6:00 PM
- Distressed denim is not appropriate for evening wear
