Cancellation Updates:
Recent updates have been made to cancellation schedules and refund guidelines for various cruise lines. Contact your Sales Agent or our Customer Service department online, via email, or by phone at 1-800-543-1915 and ask about potential opportunities for flexible cancellation policies, rebooking opportunities and other options.

For any deposited or fully paid booking, cancellation charges will be assessed according to the schedule below. Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing directly to Ponant or your authorized travel advisor. The official date of cancellation is defined as the business day on which written notification is received by Ponant.

Cancellation penalties apply to all services reserved through Ponant, including expedition cruise fare, pre/post-cruise land programs, transfers, and flights. Name changes or requests to transfer sailing dates are treated as reservation cancellations and re-bookings, subject to standard cancellation fee schedules.
