Royal Caribbean VOOM, the fastest internet at sea, is now available on every Royal Caribbean ship. With six times faster onboard WiFi speed than you'll find on any other cruise ships in the world, the internet connectivity is unlike anything you're ever experienced on a cruise ship.
VOOM is the name of our high-speed internet service, the fastest internet at sea. With the installation of VOOM, you are no longer confined to a specific location on the ship to have connectivity. You can now stay connected from the comfort of your own stateroom, while you lounge by the pool and even while having a drink at the Schooner Bar. Wi-Fi package purchased onboard or on Cruise Planner will be active at Perfect Day at CocoCay.

VOOM is available onboard all ships fleetwide. Each one of our VOOM ships gets its signal directly from a satellite beam dedicated to the ships that orbits close to the Earth allowing Royal to offer fast and reliable service.
Stay connected with friends and family all cruise long with 24 hour access. The VOOM Surf + Stream Internet Package lets you message and video chat on messenger services, browse the web, send emails and post on social media, and video chat live. Plus stream your favorite videos, movies, music and shows.
Whether it's checking your emails, browsing the web, or streaming your favorite shows, music, and movies directly to your device, amp up your cruise experience with our VOOM Surf + Stream Voyage Package. You'll also get to share the adventure in real-time on social media and video calls. Packages are available for up to four devices.
Note: The cost of VOOM varies by the number of devices and the service package purchased. Royal recommends that guests purchase VOOM pre-cruise to enjoy the biggest discount from onboard prices. Simply log in to My Cruises, and go to Cruise Planner.
What internet options are available on board Royal Caribbean cruise ships?
There are 2 options to stay connected while onboard.
- VOOM Wireless Internet Access (Wi-Fi) All you need is a wireless device with wifi capability.
- Wired (iCafes) Internet stations are available onboard, the location of which vary depending on the ship.
VOOM is available onboard all ships fleetwide. Prices for internet access vary and are subject to change. Log on to the to the network "royal-wifi" using your device, open your browser and follow instructions to log on.
